Since 1996, the management team of Symphony Hill Properties Group has been bringing together their expertise as Canadian owners, managers and developers of commercial, industrial and residential real estate into creating beautiful, functional spaces, developing in the best neighborhoods, and pursuing sustainability while achieving customer fulfillment.
Symphony Hill is intimately involved in CIWA as the owner of CIWA’s head office at First Street Plaza. Working together with all stakeholders, Symphony Hill overtook the possession and conducted major overhaul of CIWA’s headquarters in downtown Calgary. Symphony Hill invested into further improvements of the building to tailor its spaces to support CIWA’s program and client needs.
