CIWA works with over 150 business partners each and every year, and these partners make a significant impact in our community – by volunteering their time, their knowledge and insights, their space, or offering employment to newcomers in Calgary. Today, we would like to sincerely thank our business partner Picture Perfect Cleaning.
Picture Perfect Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company that started in 2010 by Jared Sarbit and Aaron Graham. They have simple values: people, planet, and community. They live into these values every day by partnering with organizations like the Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association and through giving back through their People Planet Community Initiative.
Picture Perfect Cleaning has been one of CIWA’s partners since December 2019. They offer employment to the graduates of our Modular Employment Training Program, a program that provides immigrant women training to entry-level roles in housekeeping, room attendant, commercial cleaning and kitchen help.
So far, 8 immigrant and refugee women have found gainful employment through this partnership. Thank you, Picture Perfect Cleaning, for supporting the economic security of immigrant and refugee women in Calgary!
