Career Bridging

CIWA’s Career Bridging Program aims at helping professional immigrant women establish their careers in Canada. Many professional women experience various different barriers after they land in Canada and to help ease their struggle with their careers we have various Career Briddging Programs.

Our programs like Career Services for Foreign Trained Professionals, Level Up Early Childhood Educator Training Program, Links to Young Adult Employment and a few more provide:

 

  • Job skills training
  • Canadian work experience
  • English language enhancement
  • And many other supports to immigrant women

Career Services for Foreign Trained Professionals

This program supports immigrant women in Calgary to practice their skills and gain experience needed to enter the Canadian workplace

Level Up Early Childhood Educator Training Program

This is a 13-month part-time program offered in collaboration with Bow Valley College.

Links to Young Adult Employment provides young immigrant and refugee mothers with training and support to develop a long-term career plans and to enter meaningful employment.
