In her role as Manager of Talent and Inclusion for Alberta Electric System Operator, she leads the design of inclusive talent strategies, programs, and frameworks that spark transformation change. As Chair of the Inclusion, Equity and Diversity Council, she also steers the advancement of inclusion and equity initiatives – building understanding, applying insight, and inspiring the courage to embrace change.

With over 20 years of business experience across sectors including healthcare, technology, and utilities, she brings a rich cross industry lens to her work. She is third generation Canadian, lives in Calgary and finds joy in being a sports mom and discovering new places and experiences with her family.
