KayLynn Litton

KayLynn Litton is a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP where she leads the firm’s Canadian energy practice, and regularly assists clients on a broad range of complex corporate and commercial matters, including domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures, project development, and joint ventures, in the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors. KayLynn was a director and officer of the Women In Need Society (WINS) from 2016 to 2020, and is a former director and past president of the Canadian Energy Law Foundation.

KayLynn was born and raised in the United States, where she worked as a lobbyist and community organizer before immigrating to Canada and beginning law school at the University of Calgary in 1993. KayLynn resides in Calgary with her husband and son. She is an avid marathon runner and, in recent years (before COVID), has begun seeking opportunities to combine her love of running with her love of travel.
