Customer Service Training

Program Description

This free 12-week , full-time training prepares you for front-line customer service and sales roles in Canada. You will build strong communication, digital, and workplace skills to help you succeed in a professional environment. The program also provides personalized career support, including resume and interview preparation, job search strategies, and up to six months of support to help you secure employment. The program offers three intakes each year, in April, August, and November. With classes held Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Eligible Clients

  • Immigrant women who are permanent residents or Convention refugees
  • Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5-6 or higher
  • Women with Post-secondary education
  • Participants who can commit to a full-time, in-person program for 3 months

  • Digital skills ( Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Canadian workplace culture
  • Business communication enhancement
  • 6 months of job search support
  • Career Counsellor will help with: professional resume and cover letter, job search techniques, job interview practice and LinkedIn Profile.
