KayLynn Litton
Director
KayLynn Litton is a Senior Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP where she leads the firm’s Canadian energy practice. She regularly assists clients on a broad range of complex corporate and commercial matters, including domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures, project development and joint ventures, in the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors.
KayLynn was born and raised in the United States of America, where she worked as a lobbyist and community organizer before immigrating to Canada and beginning law school at the University of Calgary in 1993.
KayLynn was a director and officer of the Women In Need Society (WINS) from 2016 to 2020, and is a former director and Past President of the Canadian Energy Law Foundation. She is an avid marathon runner, combining her love of running with her love of travel whenever possible.
