CIWA is excited to host a FREE RESP Sign-Up Event designed to help families access government benefits and learn how to save for their child(ren)’s post-secondary education.
We’ve invited major Canadian banks to support families in opening a no-cost Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP) — a simple way to receive the Canada Learning Bond.
Service Canada will also be on-site to assist with SIN sign-up and provide information on additional services and benefits.
At this event, you’ll learn:

How to save for your child’s post-secondary education

How to access the Canada Learning Bond and Canada Education Savings Grants

How to open and use a Registered Education Savings Plan

What Government of Canada programs and benefits may be available to your family
What to bring:
- Your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and Photo ID
- Your child’s SIN and ID (PR Card or Birth Certificate)
