Program Description

This program provides training on customer service techniques to deal with any situation, including telephone support, face-to-face, and dealing with angry customers. Training includes sales techniques and receive cash register training.

Eligible Clients

The program is available to immigrant women who are permanent residents and CUAET holders with Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) 5-6.
