Customer Service – Course Description
This program provides training on customer service techniques to deal with any situation, including telephone support, face-to-face, and dealing with angry customers. Training includes sales techniques and receive cash register training.

The program is available to immigrant women who are permanent residents or conventional refugees with Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) 5-6.
