Jennifer Morin

Jennifer Morin is an experienced business leader with a demonstrated commitment and track record to ensure the long-term success of organizations. She is currently the Vice President, Human Resources for AltaGas, a Calgary based North American infrastructure company that connects customers and markets to affordable and reliable sources of energy. In her role, Jennifer leads the HR team with a focus on developing strategies, communications, and programs to enable leaders and employees to accomplish their best work. She ensures that the company has the talent, programs, and structure necessary to support and grow the business and that HR is aligned to the company’s goals and business objectives.

Jennifer lives in Calgary and enjoys time with her family, travelling to new places and being outside on her bike as much as possible. She is a champion of people, and promoter of culture and engagement to ensure all employees can bring their best selves to work.
