This free, full-time 12 weeks program, delivered in partnership with SAIT, is designed to prepare you for real jobs in today’s labour market. ServiceNow is one of the fastest-growing digital platforms used by companies across industries — from IT and healthcare to government and finance. This training equips you with the technical and project management skills employers need right now.
What you’ll gain
8 weeks of occupational-specific training in:
- ServiceNow platform fundamentals
- Project Management essentials
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam preparation + voucher
- SAIT Micro-Credential in Project Management Career-ready support including:
- 4 weeks of Canadian work experience placement
- Resume and interview coaching
- Job search strategies
- Networking with industry professionals
Eligibility
- Permanent Resident, Canadian Citizen or Convention Refugee
- Unemployed or underemployed, not receiving EI
- CLB 6 or higher
