Job Training
CIWA’s Job Training Programs are specifically tailored to support immigrant women in Canada, regardless of their educational background or work experience. The programs aim to equip these women with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the Canadian job market. By focusing on employability skills development, CIWA helps these women become job ready and increases their chances of finding meaningful employment.
To ensure that each participant receives the most relevant training, CIWA offers a diverse range of programs. These programs are carefully designed to cater to the varying needs and interests of immigrant women.
Based on their previous work experience, education level, and areas of interest, women can choose from a wide array of options. Whether they aspire to work in companionship, childcare, the food service industry, or retail, CIWA has a program that fits their goals.
“My participation in the program has equipped me with significant skills to pursue my career and conduct my life in a more meaningful way than before.”
