Language Venture: Interpretation and Translation Services
CIWA’s Business Centre also houses Language Venture, which offers interpretation and translation services that are convenient, affordable, and of exceptional quality. Services are available in 80+ languages including American Sign Language.
CILISAT Testing
As a licensed CILISAT Testing Centre, we administer CILISAT tests by appointment. Tests can be written in person at CIWA’s main office (138 4 Ave SE, Calgary AB) or online via Zoom.
CILISAT (Community Interpreter Language and Interpreting Skills Assessment Tool) is an interpreter proficiency exam and the minimum certification required to work as an interpreter in Canada.
Passport Photos
We specialize in all kinds of passport and ID photos. Our service is fast, convenient, and professional. Photos are printed on premium photo paper with instant dry technology and outstanding colors to ensure the best look.

Printing Services
We offer high-quality document printing and copying services. Bring your documents, a USB or email the files you would like to print and get them printed in grayscale or full-colour.
Laminating Services
Protect your important documents from dust, moisture, and other environmental damage. We can laminate your documents and photographs in 3mm and 5mm lamination thicknesses in different sizes.
Scanning Services
Digitize your document. We can scan your documents in black/white or colour. We scan them to email or save them to USB.
