Aysha is an inspiring youth volunteer whose leadership and commitment are shaping the next generation. Born in Pakistan and raised in Calgary, she brings a global perspective and a deep sense of community to her role as a mentor in CIWA’s Youth Mentorship Program.

Currently preparing to pursue Biomedical Sciences, Aysha blends academic curiosity with a strong desire to give back. Since joining CIWA in 2024, her impact has been unmistakable. From one-on-one mentorship to co-emceeing the 2025 Youth Forum, she has demonstrated exceptional confidence, communication, and compassion in every role she’s taken on.

Her mentees are inspired by her energy and warmth, and she approaches every interaction with cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.
