Anna initially started as a volunteer at CIWA. She was first employed as a receptionist in 2013. She then became the Administrative Assistant for the LINC before transitioning to her current role as the Intake worker for LINC and Pebbles in the Sand programs.

“I enjoy coming to work everyday meeting new people and creating exceptional experiences for clients.”

Anna learned about CIWA through a friend. She appreciates the diversity at CIWA and loves working and meeting people from different backgrounds.

Being an immigrant herself, Anna understands the challenges of our clients. Anna shares that immigrant women experience language barrier and difficulties adjusting to a new culture. She takes pride in knowing that CIWA’s language programs help address these challenges and many others.

“I am so happy when I see how clients improve their language skills. I think CIWA is doing an amazing job providing so many different support for the immigrant women.

Anna speaks Polish. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, spending time with my children and friends. CIWA is grateful for Anna’s commitment and dedication to support the organization’s mission and vision.
