Ranju Shergill

Ranju Shergill is a Partner with Pekarsky & Co., an executive recruitment firm. Originally from the U.K., and raised in Vancouver she has lived in Calgary since 1993.
Ranju’s executive recruitment and leadership work spans various functional roles and sectors across Canada. At Pekarsky & Co., since 2009, Ranju provides leadership on service and business matters, and continues to support civic initiatives and organizations through her voluntary contributions. In her leadership role, Ranju is dedicated to growing the business and protecting a strong brand, which has led to the firm’s reputation as a highly respected boutique recruitment firm, delivering with empathy and compassion.
She is proud to support female leadership within the corporate community, and leads the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives through her work and marketing efforts. Never quite leaving work behind, she does enjoy travelling with her family, and has a passion for exploring new places, immersing herself in different cultures, and connecting with people.
