“I understand from personal encounters that the immigration process can be an overwhelming experience, and for newcomers to Canada, it is often very difficult to navigate. When immigrants do successfully arrive, they have the added challenge of integrating into society. I volunteer’s with CIWA as CIWA understands these challenges, empowers these individuals and creates an amazing safe haven for women and immigrants to start a new journey in their lives”.
